What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.

Precise location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access and sharing

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.

We do not retain personal data from normal app use.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider and provide information outside normal app use, that information may exist only as part of that communication and can be addressed through the contact channel below.

There is no stored app-use personal data to delete.

Because FitTrack White does not collect or retain personal information through normal use, the Service Provider has no stored personal app-use data to erase. Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device.

If you voluntarily provided information by contacting the Service Provider directly, you may request deletion of that information by emailing support@tallowskinco.space.

Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, it does not retain children’s personal app-use data. Where information is voluntarily provided by other means, applicable consent requirements continue to apply.

Security and breach notification

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure risk relating to such data is minimal. No security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it holds.

If a breach affects information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy and effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before applicable material changes take effect.

If processing of information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
